Shipping Time Frames

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Northern NSW just outside of Byron Bay.

All orders placed by 12.00pm (AEDT) will be dispatched the same day. Please note DHL orders must be placed by 10.00am (AEDT) for same day dispatch. It is possible for slight delays with dispatch during peak times such as sale periods. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Express Shipping via Australia Post:

DHL Express Shipping:
Approximately 1 -2  Business days (*order before 10.00am for same day dispatch)


New Zealand:
Australia Post Express: 4 - 8 Business days
DHL Express: 2 - 3 Business days (*order before 10am for same day dispatch)

We ship via FedEx for all international orders (except New Zealand) and depending on your location, delivery can be expected within 3 - 5 business days. Australia Post Express is available for select items and depending on your location, delivery can be expected within 6 - 9 business days.

Orders over $200.00 AUD (Australia and New Zealand)
Free Shipping.

Orders under $200.00 AUD 
Domestic via Australia Post: Standard $10.00. Express $15.00.
DHL Express: Rate calculated at checkout.

New Zealand via Australia Post Express: $20.00.
DHL Express: Rate calculated at checkout.

International: We offer FedEx for all international orders (except New Zealand) and Australia Post Express for select items. The rate for international shipping is calculated at checkout. 


Shipping Delays

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express shipping.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been placed dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. Linen Social cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Missing parcel inquiries must be directed to the selected courier. Find out more about lodging a missing parcel inquiry with Australia Post here. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, your parcel will be delivered back to us, after which we can then re-ship to the correct address. Please note that the cost for reshipment is at the expense of the customer.

Sales Tax

Australian customers will have the standard 10% GST included in their order. International customers' orders are GST-free. Please note that your local customs office may charge duties & taxes for products ordered outside of your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not prepaid by Linen Social. Please check with your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid unwanted extra charges.


For all pre-sale information on out-of-stock items, including the estimated date of arrival, please refer to the product page for the specific out-of-stock product. Pre-ordering ensures that you won’t miss out on the next shipment, particularly for our popular linen styles that tend to sell out quickly.

All pre-orders are paid in full and delivery is arranged by our team once our stock shipment has been received. If an order contains pre-order item(s) as well as in-stock item(s), then the entire order will be shipped upon arrival of the pre-order item.
