Shipping methods and charges

Linen Social offers both standard and express delivery for all purchases. When placing an order with Linen Social, freight will be arranged once payment has been received in full. At this time, our team will be in contact to confirm your dispatch time and tracking details.

Standard delivery costs vary on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size/weight of your order and delivery location. If you’d like to receive an estimate on your shipping costs and dispatch time before placing an order, please contact our team.

Express delivery is also available for urgent orders at an additional fee. Get in touch with our team for any time-sensitive orders, and we can process an express delivery for you ASAP. Express delivery costs are also order-dependant and will vary on a case-by-case basis.

Sales tax

For Australian orders, a 10% Goods and Services Tax is automatically included in our product prices.

For international orders, please note that there may be additional duties, taxes or import fees depending on your delivery location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are not prepaid by Linen Social. If you’re unsure about additional charges or duties that may be applicable to you, we recommend getting in touch with your local customs office for confirmation before placing your order.

Shipping delays

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible.

Lost parcels

Linen Social offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.


Pre-orders are available for any wholesale linen products that may be out of stock at the time of purchase. Pre-ordering our linen ensures you won’t miss out on the next shipment, particularly for our popular linen styles that tend to sell out quickly! All pre-orders with Linen Social are paid in full, with an ETA provided by our team and delivery arranged once the shipment has been received.

Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, external factors such as production delays or customs clearances may result in delays to our pre-order shipments. Our team will keep you posted on any expected delays, but please keep this in mind for any time-sensitive orders.
