Returns Policy

Linen Social is passionate about offering quality products — we want you to love your linen as much as we do.

If you need to return one of our items, please carefully read and identify the appropriate return process below and follow the steps accordingly. Should your request not meet our below policy standards, it will not be eligible for return and therefore will be declined.

Change of Mind

Full-priced items
If you change your mind within 21 days of order fulfilment, you're welcome to return your item for a 100% credit note or an exchange, minus shipping and handling fees. If you purchased your item between 1 November and 31 December, you are welcome to return it (within 90 days of purchase) for a 100% credit note, minus shipping and handling fees.

Sale items
If you change your mind within 21 days of order fulfilment, you are welcome to return it for a 100% credit note, minus shipping and handling fees. Please note: this does not apply to items marked as Final Sale.

Clearance
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that return shipping for Change of Mind returns is at the expense of the customer.

All credit notes are processed in AUD. Linen Social is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and the return being processed.

Faulty

At Linen Social, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products.
If your item arrives faulty, we’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order.

If a manufacturing fault appears within 3 months of receiving your item, we’ll issue a replacement.
To process your return, please lodge your request via our returns portal, including photos and a description of the fault.

Note: Items damaged due to incorrect care or general wear and tear are not considered faulty.

 

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, or something is missing from your order, please submit your return request via our returns portal and selecting the reason 'Incorrect Item Received’ and follow the prompts. We will ship the correct items to you asap. We’ll do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be reviewed and approved.

Return Shipping Timeframes

We will endeavour to process your return at our earliest convenience. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be initially reviewed and approved. Please also allow up to 48 hours for your return to be resolved upon receival at our warehouse.


Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • The shipping cost of any replacement item will also be covered by the customer — even if the order qualifies for free shipping.

Faulty

  • If your item is faulty, Linen Social will cover the return and replacement shipping.

Incorrect Item Received

  • If you received the wrong item or something is missing, Linen Social will cover both the return and replacement shipping.
