Linen Social is passionate about offering quality products - we want you to love your linen as much as we do!

If you are needing to return one of our items, please ensure you identify which of the below processes is most appropriate and follow it accordingly to ensure that we are able to assist you as best we can.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Change of Mind returns are eligible for a product exchange or credit note on all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on any discounted items.

Shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are at the expense of the customer. 

 

FAULTY

Linen Social is passionate about offering quality products - we want you to love your linen as much as we do! In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or damaged we will happily honour a replacement or full refund providing the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please visit our Returns Portal here and follow the prompts to process your return.

If a product displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receipt of goods we will happily honour a replacement.

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you have placed a custom order, this means that your products have been created specifically to suit your specifications. For this reason, we are unable to offer a refund on any custom orders unless they are deemed faulty.
