Wholesale Terms

A minimum order spend applies for wholesale orders. All Wholesale orders must be $300.00 AUD or over.

Freight

We ship via Australia Post or DHL if requested at checkout. Freight is not included in product pricing, instead it is calculated and applied to your cart at checkout.

In-stock items usually ship within two business days of payment receipt. If you place an order that contains both pre order and in-stock items, the order will be shipped when all stock is ready for dispatch.

Returns and Cancellations 

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We DO NOT accept the return of unsold goods or change of mind.

Exclusivity

Please note as a Linen Social stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area and without a written agreement we cannot guarantee exclusivity. If you would like to stock Linen Social exclusively please contact us via email.

Order Dispatch 

We try to ship your order out as soon as possible. In-stock items will usually ship within two to three business days.

Prices 

Prices shown on order forms are inclusive of GST, prices online are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our website.

Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.

Distribution 

Linen Social products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Amazon etc. Selling Linen Social products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.

Payment Terms 

All orders must be paid in-full before shipping unless previously agreed.  

Copyright and Intellectual Material 

All Linen Social product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Linen Social. Approved Linen Social stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Linen Social website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available, contact us via email. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage.

Product Modification 

Linen Social products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.

Liability 

Linen Social cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.

Agreement of Terms 

By placing an order with Linen Social you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
