Refundid FAQ's

What is Refundid?

To initiate your return, click here or visit www.refundid.com

  1. Ensure your order number and email address match the details provided with your order.

  2. Select your Return Reason and follow the prompts.

  3. Select your Return Resolution. You can either select from a store credit or product exchange within the Refundid platform.

  4. You can either pre-purchase a Returns Label or select your own shipping. Please note, any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final credit amount.

  5. Return your package. If you have pre-purchased a return label, attached this to the front of the package. Should you select your own shipping, please ensure your name and order number are included on the outside of the return. Please ensure that your return meets our returns policy.

Once your return is received by our warehouse team, this will be processed in 1 - 3 business days.

Are there fees for using Refundid?

Refundid is completely free for Linen Social customers. There are no additional charges for using this service.

Which items are eligible for Refundid returns?

Most items are eligible for Refundid returns. Please note, returns are not eligible on any clearance sale items, gift cards, personalised gift notes and Parcel Protection.

Please ensure that your return meets our returns policy.

How long does it take to receive store credit or an exchange?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within a few business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.

Can I use Refundid if I purchased with a Buy Now Pay Later service?

Yes! If you purchased your items with Afterpay, or any other Buy Now Pay Later service, you are still eligible to request an exchange or store credit through Refundid by following the Refundid process.

Please note: your Refundid store credit or exchange does not automatically cancel any outstanding BNPL payments. You will still need to continue paying any remaining instalments to your BNPL provider to avoid fees or penalties.

Once your Refundid return is processed, you can then use the credit received to repay your BNPL provider if you wish.

I am receiving a refund through Refundid, where does the money go?

When you sign up to Refundid, you're prompted to add in your BSB and account number. Any refunds will be paid into this account.

Please note: your Refundid refund does not automatically cancel any outstanding BNPL payments. You will still need to continue paying any remaining instalments to your BNPL provider to avoid fees or penalties.

Reason: Change of Mind
  1. Select Change of Mind as your return reason. If you purchased more than one item, select the item you are wanting to return.

  2. Provide more details on why you are returning this item. You can select from the following!
    - I would prefer a different item
    - I ordered the incorrect item
    - Other

  3. Either pre-purchase your return label, or ship with your own return label. Please note, should you select Ship with your own return label you will be responsible for paying and organising for postage.

  4. Confirm your address to select a return method based on your location.

  5. Review your Return. Confirm that all details are correct.

  6. Return your package. If you have pre-purchased a return label, attached this to the front of the package. Should you select your own shipping, please ensure your name and order number are included on the outside of the return. Please ensure that your return meets our returns policy.
Reason: Wrong Size Purchase
  1. Select Wrong Size Purchased as your return reason. If you purchased more than one item, select the item you are wanting to return.

  2. Provide more details on why you are returning this item. You can select from the following!
    - Incorrect bedding size purchased
    - Fit wasn't quite right - too small
    - Fit wasn't quite right - too large

  3. Either pre-purchase your return label, or ship with your own return label. Please note, should you select Ship with your own return label you will be responsible for paying and organising for postage.

  4. Confirm your address to select a return method based on your location.

  5. Review your Return. Confirm that all details are correct.

  6. Return your package. If you have pre-purchased a return label, attached this to the front of the package. Should you select your own shipping, please ensure your name and order number are included on the outside of the return. Please ensure that your return meets our returns policy.

How do I lodge my return for an Exchange?

Reason: Change of Mind
  1. Select Change of Mind as your return reason. If you purchased more than one item, select the item you are wanting to return.

  2. Provide more details on why you are returning this item. You can select from the following!
    - I would prefer a different item
    - I ordered the incorrect item
    - Other

  3. Either pre-purchase your return label, or ship with your own return label. Please note, should you select Ship with your own return label you will be responsible for paying and organising for postage.

  4. Confirm your address to select a return method based on your location.

  5. Review your Return. Confirm that all details are correct and select Exchange.

  6. Browse our catalogue of items that are available and add to cart.

  7. Once you have finished shopping, head to your cart. There may be an outstanding balance with any new items and shipping costs.

  8. Confirm your shipping address.

  9. Confirm that all details are correct and Lodge Return.

  10. Return your package. If you have pre-purchased a return label, attached this to the front of the package. Should you select your own shipping, please ensure your name and order number are included on the outside of the return. Please ensure that your return meets our returns policy.

Once your item has been received and assessed by our warehouse team, your new order will be generated and on it's way to you!

Reason: Wrong Size Purchased
  1. Select Wrong Size Purchased as your return reason. If you purchased more than one item, select the item you are wanting to return.

  2. Provide more details on why you are returning this item. You can select from the following!
    - Incorrect bedding size purchased
    - Fit wasn't quite right - too small
    - Fit wasn't quite right - too large

  3. Either pre-purchase your return label, or ship with your own return label. Please note, should you select Ship with your own return label you will be responsible for paying and organising for postage.

  4. Confirm your address to select a return method based on your location.

  5. Review your Return. Confirm that all details are correct and select Exchange.

  6. Should you need to exchange your item for a new size, select Same Item, Different Variant.

  7. Select the correct size you are wanting to order and swap item.

  8. Confirm that all details are correct and Lodge Return.

  9. Return your package. If you have pre-purchased a return label, attached this to the front of the package. Should you select your own shipping, please ensure your name and order number are included on the outside of the return. Please ensure that your return meets our returns policy.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

Reason: Faulty Item
  1. Select Faulty Item as your return reason.

  2. Please provide details of the fault and supporting imagery. Once these details have been added, select Continue.

  3. Confirm the items you are returning and select Next.

  4. Select Receive a Return Label.

  5. Confirm your address to select a return method based on your location.

  6. Confirm that all details are correct and Lodge Return. This will generate an Instant Exchange and your replacement order will be sent to our warehouse team.

  7. Return your package. If you have pre-purchased a return label, attached this to the front of the package.

I received the wrong order, what do I do?

Reason: I Didn't Receive What I Ordered
  1. Select I Didn't Receive What I Ordered as your return reason.

  2. Please provide details of the incorrect item and supporting imagery. Once these details have been added, select Continue.

  3. Confirm the items you are returning and select Next.

  4. Select Receive a Return Label.

  5. Confirm your address to select a return method based on your location.

  6. Confirm that all details are correct and Lodge Return. This will generate an Instant Exchange and your replacement order will be sent to our warehouse team.

  7. Return your package. If you have pre-purchased a return label, attached this to the front of the package.
