If you are needing to return one of our items, please ensure you identify which of the below processes is most appropriate and follow it accordingly to ensure that we are able to assist you as best we can.
Exchange
We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods. In order to be returned, the item must be in the original packaging – brand new, unused and unwashed. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items.
To begin an exchange please contact us at returns@linensocial.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will then provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Please be mindful that return shipping costs for exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported via email to returns@linensocial.com.au within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Any product that displays a manufacturing fault after use needs to be reported within 3 months of receipt of goods in order to receive a replacement.
Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered as faulty.
Custom orders
If you have placed a custom order, this means that your products have been created specifically to suit your specifications. For this reason, we are sadly unable to offer a refund on any custom orders unless they are deemed faulty, so please choose your linen selections carefully.
